2009 Tri//Du Series:
This is the First stop in the series around Lake Ontario.
Series points will be given for each race.
You must enter and finish 2 out of 3 races for a series award which will be given at the last race on Sept. 13, 2009.
Constantia, NY is a small town on the north side of the lake.
The Swim will be at Taft Bay Park.
The Bike course will take you through the county roads.
The run is a fast up and back course.
Course Information:
Constantia, NY is a small town on the north side of the lake.
Triathlon: The swim will be 400 meters.
Duathlon: The Duathlon will be 1 1/2 mile Run.
Tri & Duathlon: Bike will be 11 miles through Country Roads.
Tri & Duathlon: Run will be 3 miles Out and back.
