Distances By Age Group:
 6 - 8:  Swim 25 yards, Bike 1 mile, Run ¼ mile
 9 -11: Swim 50 yards, Bike 2 miles, Run ½ mile
12-14: Swim 100 yards, Bike 4 miles, Run 1 mile

Course Information:

  • Swimming will take place indoors in a 25 yard pool at Central Cambria High School.
  • The bike portion of the race will circle the school grounds with limited access to traffic.
  • The run portion of the race will be held on the 1/4 mile high school track at the site.

  • Central Cambria H.S. is located on Route 422 W., approx. 1 mile from the center of Ebensburg.
  • The pool is located in the rear of the H.S. complex.
