Wednesday April 1st: Swimming emphasis (6-9pm)
Group lectures and Upper extremity flexibility lessons.
Participants bring suit and towel - (will be swimming).
Have opportunity to receive Dartfish swim video analysis and review.
Wednesday April 8th: Biking emphasis (6-9pm) Group lectures on bike equip, training and strength training lessons.
Participants should bring biking shoes and appropriate clothing - (will be biking)
Participants can bring their own bike if they have a trainer.
Have opportunity to receive Dartfish Video analysis and review.
Wednesday April 15th: Running emphasis (6-9pm) Group lectures on running efficiently, injury prevention, and core training lessons.
Participants should bring running shoes and appropriate clothing - (will be running on treadmills).
Have opportunity to receive Dartfish video Gait analysis and review.
Wednesday April 8th: Biking emphasis (6-9pm)
