Description:

Wednesday April 1st: Swimming emphasis (6-9pm)
Group lectures and Upper extremity flexibility lessons.
Participants bring suit and towel - (will be swimming).
Have opportunity to receive Dartfish swim video analysis and review.
Wednesday April 8th: Biking emphasis (6-9pm)
Group lectures on bike equip, training and strength training lessons.
Participants should bring biking shoes and appropriate clothing - (will be biking)
Participants can bring their own bike if they have a trainer.
Have opportunity to receive Dartfish Video analysis and review.
Wednesday April 15th: Running emphasis (6-9pm)
Group lectures on running efficiently, injury prevention, and core training lessons.
Participants should bring running shoes and appropriate clothing - (will be running on treadmills).
Have opportunity to receive Dartfish video Gait analysis and review.

There are 3 ways to register:

2. Call Health Resource number at (920) 320-2519
3. Complete Registration forms found in brochure and mail to: Rehab Plus Therapy & Sports Medicine Clinic. Or bring registration form into Rehab Plus Therapy & Sports Medicine Clinic
Cost:
With Pre-Registration: $40 for one day or all 3 days for $100.
If they are bringing in the registration form to the clinic or mailing it in, they can
bring their payment in either check or cash. Otherwise, they must pay at the door by cash or check(made out to Rehab Plus)
Day of event registration: (means that they come to the event at 6pm and are not registered yet.) $50 for one day, or all three days for $130.

Enter at Wellness Center/ Rehab Plus Entrance. Registration table will be set up in front of Rehab Plus Clinic.
