Kingdom Swim is an open water charity swim of 10 miles, 3 miles, 1 mile, ¼ mile or 100 yards for swimmers of all ages and all abilities on Lake Memphremagog.

The 10 milers leave Prouty Beach, head north past the lighthouse to the border, around Black, Belle and Cove Islands and back to Prouty.
