Paris-Bourbon County YMCA Indoor Triathlon:

  • Each leg lasts 20 minutes.
  • Distance covered over 20 minutes will be measured in each leg.
  • RELAY TEAMS ENCOURAGED!
  • Individual competitors will race against other individuals
  • Relay teams will race against other teams.

    Course Info: Course Information:
  • 20 minutes in 25-yard indoor pool;
  • 20 minutes on Schwinn Group Exercise bike;
  • 20 minutes on indoor track (18 laps/mile)

    Directions: Paris-Bourbon County YMCA:
  • From Lexington take Paris Pike (Rt. 27) to Paris, approximately 16 miles.
  • YMCA situated at 917 Main Street and 10th Street.

  • Ages 14+.
  • Registration ends 12:00 noon Friday March 13.
  • T-Shirts for all participants;
  • 1st and 2nd place awards for individuals and each winning team member.
