Swim 200 yards.
The race will begin at Harney Indoor Pool at 8 am.
Swimmers will be placed in a starting order which allows faster swimmers to be the first to start.
Start times will be based on estimated completion times (for swim) submitted on racer entry forms prior to 30 April 07.
- - - - - Bike 22.5 km (12.7 mi).
The bike course consists of two counter- clockwise laps around the backside of Ft Leavenworth. Each lap is approximately 6 miles.
Course is fairly smooth, hard-surfaced road, with occasional cracks and small pothole hazards (marked).
- - - - - Run 5 km (3.1 mi)
The run course consists of one lap around the main post of Ft Leavenworth.
Course is fairly smooth, hard-surfaced, with gently rolling hills throughout.
