| Description: |
In this Kids For Wish Kids® event, children race against each other in a fun athletic competition and raise pledges to help make wishes come true for other area children battling life-threatening medical conditions.
Children ages 5-8 compete in a biathlon (run, bike, run) and children ages 9-14 compete in a triathlon (swim, bike, run).
Following the race, the athletes and their families are invited to enjoy a picnic and awards ceremony with a disc jockey, clowns, facepainting and more!
Top race finishers and pledge raisers receive trophies.
Each participant receives a T-shirt, goody bag and a victory ribbon.
