The race takes place inside West Lake Park in Hollywood, Florida. It includes paddling, running/trekking and special challenges.

Directions:
|
For teams using a bike, bring it and a helmet to the observation tower at the Anne Kolb Nature Center. That is in the northern part of the park -- the entrance is east of the bridge over the lake and just west of the Intracoastal.
All teams need to check in and attend a pre-race meeting in the South side of the park. That is also reached by Sheridan Street, but is west of the bridge over the lake, and about 1.2 miles east of US1.

More fun than you deserve. But treat yourself.
Dont be intimidated -- a moderately active person who races smart can do well.
The race is designed to introduce new people to the sport, and give veterans a new look at the sport they think they know.
