2012 Mount Snow Triathlon:

The Mount Snow Triathlon has always been a great opportunity for competitors of all ability levels to test their fitness on a sprint distance course here in the Green Mountains, but this year is going to be very special because Mount Snow has teamed up with the American Cancer Societys Relay For Life to bring you the Mount Snow Tri For Hope. Whether you are a competitive triathlete or a doggy-paddling-cruiser-bike-owner, this will be a great event for all because you will be raising money for a fantastic cause. There will be multiple heats separated by age, gender and fitness. The more funds you raise the more we can contribute to the fight against cancer. Join us for a day of fun competition and camaraderie! Online registration will be available soon.

Teams are invited to participate at $125 per person.

This is a USA Triathlon sanctioned event. Our event takes place on both paved surfaces and non-paved surfaces.

This beginner friendly sprint-tri will start at Snow Lake where competitors will swim in a counterclockwise direction for approximately a 1/2 mile.

The transition area located a 100 yards from the pond features bike mounts, and is completely closed in with event fence. Competitors will then head out on Handle Road 6 miles down and 6 miles back.

The 3.1 mile run incorporates paved roads to mountain trail runs. Approximately 1 mile is on road while the finishing 2 are on mountain maintained trails.

All the proceeds from your entry fee will go towards the Windham County Relay for Life
