    Saturday:
  • Sprint triathlon 500 meter swim, 14 mile bike and 3 mile run.
  • Sprint duathlon 1 mile run, 14 mile bike and 3 mile run

    Sunday:
  • International distance is a 34 mile swim, 24 mile bike and 6 mile run

    • Directions:


  • Lake Cahuilla County Park in La Quinta is in southern California, 30 miles southeast of Palm Springs, 140 miles east/southeast of Los Angeles.

    Directions to Lake Cahuilla
  • Interstate 10 to Jefferson exit South, follow Jefferson for 6 miles to 54th Street.
  • Turn Left on 54th then right on Madison.
  • Go 2 miles to 58th Street, Right on 58th to Lake Cahuilla County Park.
