2012 Race of Grace Triathlon:
Course Information:
| Swim: The course consists of a .25 mile swim set in a triangular course in a privately owned lake located at 10391 Rd 614 Philadelphia, Ms. 39350. We will have a 5 second interval start according to estimated swim times. Bike: The bike course is an out and back loop consisting of 18 miles of rolling hills with some really fast spots. The course is well marked and there will be support staff at each intersection. The bike ends back at the lake. Run: The run is a 5k out and back. There will be an aid station located at mile one offering gatorade and water. Cool sponges are also offered to help beat the heat! |
