Course Information:

Swim Course: The Age Group triathlon begins in the 25 yard pool with a time trial format where participants are entering the water one or two racers at a time.

* Older kids swim a snake pattern

* Younger kids swim a serpentine pattern

* Splash n Dash:  No Swimming Required!  Essentially run into the water and then run out!

Bike Course: The bike course will be on nearby closed roads making multiple loops.

Run Course: The run course returns to the park for 1 or 2 loops, depending on the age.

Splash N Dash: Includes a quick run into 1 foot water, parents can assist so no fear of the water. Once all racers have finished the swim portion, the group will go to transition and put on bike apparel. There will be one (1) loop for the bike course. Family members/friends can stand anyplace along the bike course should they choose to help. After finishing the bike loop, all racers return to transition to rack their bike and put on their running apparel and head to the park for a short run.
