About Total Immersion
This two day workshop will strictly focus on balance, streamlining and propulsion for freestyle / front crawl swimming. It is geared towards beginner triathletes and beginner / intermediate fitness swimmers. Students will leave the workshop with full ownership of knowledge of freestyle allowing them to "self-coach" and critically analysis their technique to continue steady improvement.
The workshop will be limited to only 5 students.
Coaching is done in a 20 yard pool that is a maximum 46 deep to assure the student feels comfortable during the workshop.
Video taping will be done at the beginning, the middle and end of the workshop to show improvement.
Cost is $495.00 per student & $445.00 if you bring a partner.
