No headphones will be permitted during the race.
An approved helmet must be worn during the cycling portion of the event.
No drafting will be permitted during the cycling portion.

The top three male and female finishers will receive awards.
Age group awards are based on entries received by April 14th.
There will be an award for the first male and female Emporia finisher.
