RUN, BIKE, RUNMontgomery Multisport, in conjunction with the YMCA and the fabulous community of New Park present the
Third Annual New Park Family Duathlon.
DISTANCES:
ADULT RACE
2 MILE RUN/ 10 MILE BIKE/ 2 MILE RUN
FAMILY RACE (KIDS AND PARENTS)
1 MILE RUN/ 4 MILE BIKE/ .5 MILE RUN
Any bike type will work, just make sure you wear a helmet and bring some fluids. Bike racks will be provided as well as on course water.
Packet Pickup is July 6th @
Montgomery Multisport from 5pm-7pm.

All proceeds benefit the YMCA Partner with Youth Campaign.
Awards for Age Group winners three deep
MMS Gift Certificates of $100 for
Top Male and Female in both races.
Adult Race:
12 and under option
13-16, 17-20, 21-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and up. TEAM CLASS FOR 2012
Family Race (Kids)
6 and under, 7-9, 10-12
Overall Male and Female winners in both divisions will receive prizes. No adult awards in the kids division.
