  • Come celebrate the freedom we have to Run and Bike here in the U.S.A.
  • Sprint Distance Event.
  • 2 mile run,13 mile bike, 2 mile run.
  • The run is an out and back course.
  • Bike is on beautiful rolling to flat terrain around New Windsor and Union Bridge, MD.
  • Relay and Individual divisions.

    This course is on some of the race director's favorite training roads in beautiful Carroll County, MD.

  • The bike route is on beautiful country roads through western Carroll County Maryland:

  • The run is an out and back loop on a fairly flat section of Green Valley Road:
