Race Information:
A great event for beginners! The event involves 20 minutes of indoor swimming; cycling; and run/walking.
Please be sure to provide an estimated swim time (how long does it take you to swim 100 yds? ) when you register.
Also indicate if you would like us to try to match you up with a friend (each participant is assigned one of six start times between 8-11 am).
