BIKE: 56 Miles

A four loop course that can be described as rolling with the exception of one decent climb.   The roads are in good condition and are as scenic as any you will find.    We will have officers and/or course marshalls at all turns (all right hand turns) to assist you. We will have a bottle exchange station on the course.  This station will have bottled water, heed, clif bars, hammer gel, and more.    The minimum elevation of the course is 357 feet while the max elevation is 715 feet.

Directions:
From Branbury State Park take a right on Rte 53,  Right on Fernville Rd., Right on Fernlake Rd., Right on Rte 7, Right on Rte 53, complete a second loop of the same route before re-entering the park.

RUN: 13.1 miles

A simple and very popular out and back course that will have you running on just one road (Rte 53).  The course is very shady and scenic with lots of trees providing cover from the hot sun or inclement weather conditions.   The road is lightly traveled but please stay as far to the left (facing traffic) as possible as we will have runners on both sides of the road. There will be two aid stations on the run course (which means you'll have 4 opportunities to receive aid).  These stations will be loaded with water, HEED, Clif Bars and Hammer Gel.   Minimum elevation is 357 feet while maximum elevation reaches 715 feet.
