    • Course Information:

  • The Hopedale Road-Warrior Duathlon will be a 2-mile run, 13-mile bike and finishing with a 2-mile run.
  • Both run sections of the race will take place in and around Hopedale and is mostly flat. The entire run will take place on paved roads and or sidewalks.
  • The 13-mile bike section consists of scenic country roads south of Hopedale. The bike course is mostly flat, fast and clearly marked. Course is open to traffic, but will be heavily monitored.

  • Male and female age groups as follows 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, and 75-79.
  • TRANSITION AREA CLOSED TO NON-PARTICPANT.

    Race Day Timeline:
  • 7:30am Registration and check-in
  • 9:00am Race starts
  • 11:00am Awards
