Course Information:
SWIM: distance: 300 meters;
The race starts at 7AM with a pool swim in the Vint Hill Larry Weeks Outdoor Pool. Participants will start in time trial fashion, with the fastest swimmers beginning first. Racers start times will be determined by your estimated swim finish time.
BIKE: distance: 12.4 miles
The bike takes place on the beautiful rolling hills of Vint Hill. The course is primarily on country roads with little to no traffic.
RUN: distance: 5 kilometers
The run is flat and fast - a perfect course for a PR!

T-SHIRTS: T-shirts are guaranteed for all athletes registered by May 14th
