  • Train Where You Race! This one day camp is for first-time Trek or Danskin SheROX Triathlon participants or new triathletes.
  • Camp includes race overview, open water swimming, biking and running on the Trek/Danskin race course. Other topics include race simulation, Race Week and Race Day Nutrition Lecture, Running/Gait analysis, along with training handouts and lunch.

    • Course Information:

  • Preparation for the Chicagoland Trek Womens Triathlon on July 12, and/or the Danskin SheROX Triathlon on Sept 27, both held at the RecPlex in Pleasant Prairie, WI.

    • Other Info:

    Danskin Triathlon Prep Camp II will be held on Sunday, June 21, 2009 at the RecPlex.
