2012 XTERRA Last Stand Triathlon, Duathlon & Trail Run:
In addition to the Tri / Du, we are adding a Trail Run for folks who just want to RUN!
This run will take place concurrently with the Tri/Du, starting from the beach and go through the State Park gnarly trails.

Course Info:

Swim:
Open water swim in Eagle Lake.
The course will be in the shape of a rlockwise rectangle.
The water is really cold check out wetsuitrental.com if you don't have a wetsuit.
Bike:
The mountain bike ride will travel over rolling trails.
It will be be on a loop course using the Red and Blue Trails.
Run:
The 4 mile trail run will consist of a loop on the Green.
Expect two aid stations on the run and one in the transition.
