Triathlon Boot Camps offer a unique combination of individual analysis, group training and interactive instruction for multisport athletes of all abilities. Attendees will learn from and train alongside some of the top multisport coaches and health professionals in the United States.
Triathlon Boot Camp | Race Camp is a one-day camp designed for athletes who want to learn how to perform their best on race day. It includes open water swimming, brick workouts, transition skills practice and instruction on tapering, race tactics, nutrition and mental skills. Triathlon Boot Camp | Race Camp will be held on May 19, 2012 at Marsh Creek State Park.
