This class serves as the next level from Womens First Swim Program or those that have comfort in the water and their stroke only needs refinement. The 5 week series will be in the pool in a class setting with a coach. We will cover items such as head, body position, hand entry, body rotation and freestyle kicking. The beginning of class will go over drills and technique, and the second half of each session will be a workout putting it all into practice.
