The 8th Annual Cache Valley Super Sprint Triathlon will be held on June 2, 2012 at the Logan Aquatic Center. This is a fantastic sprint course with a swim in which every swimmer enters the water every 15 seconds and a bike on a rural road. The run follows a stream in a park and has a beautiful layout.
Course Information:
The Course starts with a 500 Meter Swim by the fastest swimmer to the slowest entering the pool. They will swim in S-shaped laps until you are across the pool. The bike heads out to Mendon Utah in which you will see more of a rural area of Cache Valley. This is out and back. The Run is also out and back but follows a trail near a canopy of trees and a stream.
