Ages 6-8, Swim 50 yards inpool, .6 miles bike, 1/4 mile track run
Ages 9-11 Swim 100 yards in pool, 1 mile bike, 1/2 mile track run
Ages 12-14 Swim 150 years, Bike 2 miles, run 1 mile
Course Information:
Indoor pool, bike on residential streets, run on track

Children must be 6 to enter.No floatation, no training wheels.
