The Manitou Monster Sprint Triathlon is centerally located in Northern Indiana. It is roughly an hour and 15 minutes away from all of the following cities: West Lafayette, Ft. Wayne, South Bend, Valparaiso, and Westfield. The race features a 400 meter swim, 13 mile bike, and 3.1 mile run. The course starts off in one of the cleanest lakes in the state, followed by utilizing the newly paved Nickel Plate Bike Trail. The terrain is mostly flat and fast with a few rolling hills and some scenic winding roads on the back side of the lake.
