Sprint Tirathlon
Swim 1K, Bike 15K, Run 5K.
The swim will a triangular course on Lake Pennessewassee with a transition to a relatively flat bike course along country roads and back to the transition to the run on country roads overlooking the lake

The race will begin and end at the public beach.
The swim is a triangle course with a return to the public beach.
The bike course will be mostly flat and follow route 118 and the Greenwood Road into the foothills and return.
The run will follow a wooded path within the park and onto a paved road that loops behind and overlooks the lake returning to the finish near the beach area.

From I-95: Take exit 63 (New Gloucester/Gray) and follow 26 North toward Norway.
In Norway take 117 through downtown past the lake merge onto 118 and look for the Lake Pennesseewassee Park sign on the right.
