The Third Annual Joplin Family Y Triathlon will be held on February 28, 2009 at the Joplin Family Y’s South Facility.
Check-in and Late registration will begin at 8:00am. The triathlon will begin at 9:00am. [LI]

This event will consist of a 15-minute bout of swimming, followed by a 15-minute bout of biking, and ending with a 15-minute bout of running.[/LI]
There will be a five-minute transition period between each station.
The participant with the greatest total distance will be declared the winner.
There will be winners in several different categories including top overall male and female, top relay team, top family relay team, and the male and female for the indicated age categories.

Registration deadline is February 25th; $10 late fee will apply
Medals will be awarded to the 1st place male and female in each age group and top relay team.
