This is the perfect early season race/training effort for dedicated triathletes OR the perfect entry level race for beginners looking to enter the sport. The are two distances: 200 yrd swim, 6 mile bike, 1.5 mile run and 400 yrd swim, 6 mile bike, 1.5 mile run
