How far can you go in 60 minutes? Join us for our 5th Annual Indoor Triathlon and find out! - - -

Course Information:

This competition consists of 20 minutes of swimming; riding a stationary bike for 20 minutes and finishing up with a run, jog or walk on a treadmill for 20 minutes.

Distances are calculated to determine winners. - - -

Other Info:

You may compete as an individual or as part of a 2 or 3 person relay team.

T-shirts are given to participants who register prior to February 22.

Race is March 8: (starts at 7am) - - - Price:

Individual Fee: Member: $25, Non-member: $35

Relay Team Fee: Member: $35, Non-member: $65 - - -
