LeadmanTri Life Time Epic 125 Distances:
  • 2.5k swim
  • 109.5k bike
  • 13k run

    LeadmanTri Life Time Epic 125 2 or 3-Person Relay
  • Three participants
  • Each person does one full distance event leg.

    LeadmanTri Life Time Epic 125 Course Cut-Offs:
  • Swim Course cut off is 90 minutes.
  • Bike Course cut off is 5:00pm.
  • Course closes at 7:00pm (9 hours after start).

    2.5K Swim The Battle for Deadmans Island
  • The open water swim course is an experience for both body and mind.
  • Located at Boulder Beach in the Lake Mead National Recreation area, in the shadow of Dead Mans Island, this is a 1-lap course.
  • The water temperature is expected to be in the low 60s for the race.

    109.5K Bike Journey around Lake Mead
  • The cycling course will be, without question, one of the most challenging ever seen in triathlon.
  • 69 miles in the saddle, summiting hill after hill through twisting mountain roads and unbelievably beautiful high desert.
  • The Bike course starts and finishes inside Lake Mead National Recreation at Boulder Beach.

    13K Run Race for the Finish
  • Mercifully, we place a heightened level of awareness on the athletes bodies as we finish with a 13K run.
  • This Run course climbs the River Mountain Trail to Historic Boulder City, NV. Home of Hoover Dam.

    The Leadman. A legend carved from stone in Leadville, Colorado where, for years, extreme athletes have competed in epic distance events. Not for a chance at glory or riches, but for a chance to forever be known as a Leadman.

    Reborn in the Las Vegas desert, the Leadman Tri Life Time EPIC 125 is the evolution of triathlon. Participants face an epic 125 kilometers in total distance, in a race designed to both completely challenge the worlds elite triathletes and show utmost respect to their bodies.
