- Packet Pick-ups: Friday June 22nd, 5:30am-7:00pm Located at the Plattsmouth Community Center 308 S 18th Street. Plattsmouth, Ne 68048.
- Day of Plattmouth Sprint Triathlon- Transition Area/Check-in opens at 6:00am and closes at 7:45am.
- Manditory Race Meeting 7:45am
- 2012 Sprint Triathlon start: 8am
- Post Sprint Triathlon Awards Party: Elite 11am Non-Elite and Teams 12:00pm
- Lunch will be provided for all athletes.
- Friends and Family of athletes: $2.50 per meal.
- Everyone swims for FREE!!!

2012 Plattsmouth Sprint Triathlon:
- Plattsmouth Sprint Triathlon coarse is scenic with plenty of hills that will challenge all levels of racers.
- Race Solo or Relay the coarse.
Course Information:
Take the Plattsmouth Sprint Course Hill Challenge!!!
- Swim 300 yard- Snake swim in our beautiful outdoor Twin Rivers Water Park pool.
- Bike 15 Miles Out and Back rolling hills course on scenic county roads. Helmets Required.
- Run 3 miles Out and Back course through Plattsmouth Historical neighborhood streets and trails with challenging hills.
