Description:
Check-in from 6:30am to 7:30am.  Race begins at 7:45am SHARP.
No-one under the age of 16 may enter the race.
Partcipants must supply their own bike and helment.
Bike helmets required - no exceptions.
No times will be recorded after noon.
Swimming caps will be provided and MUST be worn.  No exceptions.
Each phase of the race will be completed at the same location.
90% of the swim portion will take place in lake water deeper than six feet.
