Tinman: Swim: 1.2 mile / Bike: 56 mile / Run: 13.1 mile
Sprint: Swim: .6 mile / Bike: 18.6 mile / Run: 6.6 mile
Relay: Swim: 1.2 mile / Bike: 56 mile / Run: 13.1
Race Times:
The Sprint starts at 8:00am and the Tinman waves will follow 10 minutes later and every 5 minutes after that.
Additional Information:
All entry fees include T-Shirt, carbo-dinner, post race dinner, swim caps and information in your race packets. Race packets will be handed out at Registration on June 29, 2012. Time of Registration is Friday, June 29th from Noon to 9:00 pm and on Saturday, June 30th from 6:00am to 7:30 am. The carbo-dinner will be held on Friday, June 29, 2012 from 4-8pm. The post race dinner will be held from 12pm-4pm on Saturday, June 30, 2012.
This year we will be ordering personalization bibs (your name on the front of the bib). If you want a personalization bib you must register no later than June 1, 2012. Anyone registering between June 2nd and the 23rd (last day to register) will only have a bib number, but no name.
No confirmation packets will be sent by mail. Registration for this event will close on Saturday, June 23rd at midnight. No registrations accepted by phone. If the registrant is a minor, a signature from a parent or legal guardian is required.
Packet pick up will be Friday during registration/dinner and Saturday from 5:30am to 7:30am at the transition area.
All awards must be picked up at the race. Postage for awards not claimed at the event will need to be prepaid by the recipient.

This is a USAT Sanctioned Event. USA Triathlon is the national governing body for the sports of triathlon, duathlon, winter triathlon and aquathlon in the United States. Participation in a USAT sanctioned event means the event director has the proper permits in place, liability and athlete excess medical insurance coverage and the event plan has met the standard of organization required. Take I-87N, past Albany, to Exit 23 (Warrensburg - approximately 3 mile from Warrensburg there is a road to the left which you must watch for because the 28W sign is small, Route 28W to Indian Lake then Route 30N to Tupper Lake.
