2012 Wahine All Women's Triathlon & Duathlon:
The All Womens Triathlon & Duathlon will be held on Saturday, July 28, and is part of a two-day event that includes the Mid-Summer Triathlon & Duathlon held on Sunday, July 29.

Swim:
Triangular lake swim (water temperature in the 70's).
Bike:
Semi-closed (local traffic only) out-and-back on a section of Marine Drive west of Blue Lake Park.
Run:
Flat and fast within Blue Lake Park and along the Marine Drive bike path.

DIRECTIONS TO BLUE LAKE
Blue Lake Park is located 15 miles east of downtown Portland, Oregon.
Take I-84 east to the Fairview Exit (exit #14).
Follow the signs to Blue Lake Park.

Both days will consist of a festival of events including a Sport & Fitness Expo, music, BBQ brunch, prizes, and most of all fun and camaraderie.
This event is limited to 1000 participants each day.
