2012 Grand Haven Triathlon & Duathlon:
The 2012 Grand Haven Triathlon, Presented by Grand Haven Bone & Joint is a USAT sanctioned event that includes an Olympic distance triathlon, a Sprint distance triathlon and a Sprint distance duathlon.
Relay teams are also welcome for any of the events.
Family and friends are welcome to purchase a ticket to join the dinner and picnic. A live band will also be performing during the post race picnic.

SWIM:
Athletes will swim in Lake Michigan along the Grand Haven City Beach and State Park shoreline.
Water temps will vary between 60 and 73 degrees.
Wetsuits are allowed.
- - - BIKE:
Athletes will bike along the freshly paved roads past the beach, going out and back on scenic Lakeshore Drive.
Bike course is relatively flat with only 1 or 2 small hills.
- - - RUN:
The athletes will run along the scenic boardwalk in Grand Haven which goes along the waterfront in Grand Haven, past marinas and retail shops.
