Become a triathlete in just 60 minutes flat!The Kroc Center is inviting people of all skill levels to challenge themselves in our 2012 Kroc Center Indoor Triathlon. You set your own pace and race against time. Performance is measured by the distance covered in each of the three legs: Swim, Bike, Run. Here’s how this one-hour race against the clock breaks down:

10 minutes in the lap pool (Transition time 10 minutes) |

30 minutes on a spin bike (Transition time 10 minutes) |
| RUN |
20 minutes on a treadmill

Registration Fees
- Members:
$30 for individuals $60 per team (at least 1 team member must be a Kroc Center member, 2-3 individuals allowed per team)
- Non-Members:
$40 for individuals $70 per team (2-3 individuals per team) Triathlon Details
- All participants will receive a Kroc Center Indoor Triathlon T-shirt. Sign up by March 11, for guaranteed shirt size. Late registrations will be accepted until March 23, but a t-shirt size will not be guaranteed.
- In order to participate, you must be 16 years of age or older.
- The indoor triathlon is open for individuals or for teams.
- To register, complete the Triathlon Registration Form and submit the form to the Kroc Center Welcome Desk. Payment due upon registration.
- The Triathlon begins at 6pm. Participants will be notified as to what heat they will be assigned to and a specific time to report for their heat.
Competition vs. Novice
The Kroc Center Triathlon offers two different competitor levels, Competition and Novice. Select the one that suits you the best. The heat that you will be assigned to will consist of those with the same interest level:
- Competition - will include individuals that have done triathlons before and are at a higher fitness level with the intention of specifically improving their time in a competitive manner.
- Novice - this category is for the individual that may have never done a triathlon before or interested in improving their own time without regards to competing against others.
