Event is part of the Five Star Summer Super Sprint Series.
Great fun focused event, perfect for beginners and experienced athletes.

Adult Triathlon:
Pool Swim with athletes snaking their way through the pool. Each athlete assigned a start time based on estimated swim time, so no one gets run over.
Adult bike course is on quiet county roads with a few short challenging climbs, and some fun downhills.
Run will be inside the park.
Kids Triathlon: course is entirely inside the park
5 & under: Swim...25 yrd, bike...2/3 mile, run...275 yards
6 & 7 years: Swim...50 yrd, bike...1 3/4 mile, run....4 mile
8 & 9 years: Swim...75 yrd, bike...2.8 mile, run...2/3 mile
10 & 11 years: Swim...100 yrd, bike...3 3/4 mile, run...2/3 mile
12 & 13 years: Swim...125 yrds, bike...4 1/3 miles, run....8 miles
