2012 Middle Tyger YMCA Triathlon:

  • This is a 400 meter swim, 14 mile bike and 4 mile run.

    Sprint Triathlon
  • Swim is in our 50 meter olympic size pool.
  • Bike is an out and back one or two small hills.
  • Run is out and back with a couple of fingers - small rolling hills.

    Directions:
  • Race is off of I85 exit 63 take a right onto Hwy 290 towards Moore, SC.
  • Go down about 2-3 miles.
  • Turn left onto Shoals Road - YMCA is on your left.
