  • THis is a family friendly event. We will be having a HIGH SCHOOL and COLLEGE TEAM CHALLENGE.
  • We also have the Fredericksburg Orthodontics YOUTH triathlon at 10:00am

  • SWIM: 25yd pool, 500yd snake swim
  • BIKE:15 mile single loop on open roads
  • RUN: 5k part on trails part on roads - trail is mulch and hilly

  • SWIM: 50/100yd in a pool
  • BIKE: 1.6/3.2 mile (1-2 loops all within Patriots Park and the YMCA)
  • RUN: 3/4m/1.5m part on mulch trial; hilly
