2012 YMCA Rocky Gap Triathlons:

The 25th annual Rocky Gap Triathlon will be held Saturday June 2, 2012.

Lake swim followed by a rolling country road ride finishing with a run on hard surface in the park.

Course Info:

Sprint Course Information:

The swim is a ¼ mile basicly straight swim in Lake Habeeb - (temp 70-72).

Bike course is 8 miles on paved roads. the course is out and back with rolling hills.

The run is 3.1 miles inside the park on paved surfaces.

Directions To Race:

Located on I68 From Morgantown/Fairmont area take I68 East to Cumberland.

Rocky Gap is located 8 Miles east of Cumberland on I68.

From the Baltimore/Washington area. Take I70 west to I68 west.

Rocky Gap is 29 Miles from Hancock.

From the PA area take 220 south to I68 east and continue 5 miles east to Rocky Gap
