Course Information:


Swim:
  • Half mile Lake swim - inverted triangle swim.

    Bike:
  • 2 lap bike ride.
  • Right onto Alpine Road.
  • Right onto East Campground Road.
  • Then right onto Old York Road (RT 74).
  • Right onto (RT 177) at Rossville.
  • Right onto Alpine Road.
  • Right into Conewago entrance after 2nd lap on the right to transition area..
  • Approx. 18 miles.
  • Volunteers at all turns.

    Run:
  • The 5K trail run will be clearly marked through the Conewago entrance.
