SWIM:
The swim is a half mile swim in sprawling Lake Chargoggagoggmanchauggagoggchaubunagungamaugg.
(yes thats the real name, in act its the longest name of a place in the entire united states).
- - - BIKE:
The bike course is a 12 mile loop with one really big hill.
At the bottom of the long downhill, there is a sharp right hand turn. Slow down for it, please!.
Then the terrain is a little rolly, but mainly downhill back to the transition area.
Quadmultisport, the official bicycle mechanic and support for the 2008 FIRM Race Series, will provide support on the bicycle course.
- - - RUN:
The run course is a 3 mile loop with just a little bit of elevation change in it.
Then its under the FIRM Finish banner and time to grab a bottle of refreshing Summit Spring Water and join the festivities.
