Course Information:

  • Ocean swim off Mothers Beach.
  • Gentle rolling bike course through our seaside and country ways.
  • Mostly flat and fast run route ending at the beach.

    • Directions:

  • Kennebunk, is in southwest Maine, 25 miles southwest of Portland Maine, and 25 miles east of Rochester New Hampshire
  • Exit 3 off I-95/ Kennebunk...follow that road approx. 1/2 mile to Kennebunk High School
