Description:	Underwater filming allows a swimmer to see areas where stroke revisions will improve efficiency and performance. This is an excellent opportunity to better understand each swimmer’s technique. Texas Triple Threat will explain why the participants are not swimming as well as they could be. The staff will teach the athletes how to be their own best coach and how to build an effective and enjoyable training program that makes the best use of what they learn at the swim clinic.
