Swim Course
Point to Point Swim: The 14 Mile swim starts at the boat house and finishes at the upper beach - no turns...a straight shot! The wind will be your back and give you a great overall swim time! The new swim is also great for family, friends and spectators as they line the reservoir cheering athletes on. The water is typically cool this time of year, (62') and wetsuits are highly recommended. Check out some great deals for wetsuit purchase and rental on our sponsor page.

Duathlon Run Leg#1
The first leg of the Duathlon is a simple out and back run of 2 miles in length. Youll begin at Maxs Arch when the gun goes off and run briefly across the beach for some added fun! This run leg is entirely within Hopkinton State Park on park roads.

Bike Course
The bike leg is an excellent course. It begins on park roads, with downhill turns and rolling terrain through Southborough and Ashland. Youll experience one stimulating around mile 2 and then one more at approximately mile 7. Youll return to the park at the back entrance and head into transition for the final run leg.

Run Course
The final part of both races finish with a 5-k run, 100% inside the scenic Park. Crowd cheers echoing off the reservoir will help you as you make your way to the 300-yd. flagged chute to the huge arched finish line.
