Sportslife Triathlon Club offers a 8 week detailed beginners program that is designed to take a non-athlete and train them to comfortably finish a sprint Triathlon. The Triathlon goal will be The Windcrest Freshman Triathlon to be held on 5-2-09 in San Antonio Texas.

The program includes the following: Membership in the Sportslife Triathlon Club, Subscr;ption to The Runner Triathlete News Magazine, Training Book detailing workouts and all related information for beginners, Vendor Expo, Seminars on Cycling/Triathlete clothing/Nutrition/ Transition training and others. Club discounts at local Triathlon and Running/Cycling stores, access to 6 weekly training sessions designed for beginners. Expo and opening meeting will be held at Community Bible Church located at Gold Canyon and IH1604 on Saturday 2-28-09. Training starts on Sunday 3-1-09
