13 mile course broken into four stages.
Run course #1 - 2.5 mile run on paved, dirt and loose gravel surface
Bike course #1 - 4 mile loop on paved surface
Run course #2 - 2 mile run on paved, dirt and loose gravel surface
Bike course #2 - 4.5 mile loop on paved surface
One transition area which connects to each course.

All money raised goes towards prizes for this event and funding for upcoming Youth Events hosted by the Frinds Group of Santa Rosa Lake.
Course Information:

The event is held entirely in the park. Running will be conducted on paved, dirt and loose gravel surfaces. The run courses are not hilly but has some slight elevation. The Biking loops and all paved surfaces. Biking courses are slightly rolling with no major climbs and has shoulders for some of the loops. Volunteers will be placed at water points and in key areas to help direct race traffic.
Courses must be completed in order listed above. Each member of a team must complete 2 of the 4 courses in relay fashion.

-Only pedal bikes are allowed
-Helmets w/ chin straps are required
-No poor sports
-Children under the age of (13) thirteen must be teamed with an adult
