2012 Mountain Duathlon:
The third annual Mountain Duathlon at Coopers Rock State Forest should ba an exciting event that will challenge competitors of all levels with a 2-mile trail run, 8-mile mountain bike, and a second 2-mile trail run.
This event is open to participants age 14 and older.
All participants will be required to sign the appropriate race waiver at race check-in.
Participants under the age of 18 will also be required to have their parent or legal guardian sign that they are granting permission for the minor to enter the event.
Please note that there is NO Rain Date. We will race rain or shine.
Entry fees are non-refundable for any reason.

Start with a 2 mile trail run.
Followed by an 8 mile mountain bike ride.
Finish with another 2-mile trail run,

Registration/check-in will be held at the Coopers Rock overlook pavilion at the far end of the main park road.

All pre-registrants are guaranteed a custom event t-shirt!
Late registrants will receive t-shirts as long as supplies allow.
Delicious post-event food and beverages will be provided.
